Engineer. Builder of things.
I design, test, break, fail and improve.

What I do
I work with microelectronics, microfabrication, and strange materials. I’ve built production lines, invented
sensor systems,
designed weird tools, automated what's supposed to be manual, and sent more than a million units into the
wild.
I like building machines that work — even better if nobody built them before.
Experience
Senior Process Engineer, NPI — Demant (2022–2025)
- Brought 3 new SiP-based hearing aid platforms to production.
- Set up validation flows and process monitoring to make sure shit breaks less.
- Bridged R&D and manufacturing — reduced transfer time to OSAT by months.
- Ran Agile workflows with engineers, not just Jira tickets.
Research Fellow — Fraunhofer EMFT (2019–2022)
- Ran flexible electronics R&D and roll-to-roll prototyping.
- Delivered over 1000 functional prototypes per year.
- Reduced test cycle from minutes to seconds via custom inspection rigs.
R&D Engineer — IsItFresh (2017–2019)
- Invented and built printed gas sensors for smart packaging.
- Integrated NFC tracking and cut manual calibration in half.
- Did full-cycle development: idea → sensor → sample → pilot production.
Lead Researcher — ITMO University (2015–2017)
- Built a lab from scratch for inkjet printing of optics and electronics.
- Published in top journals and filed 8 patents.
- Trained a small team and delivered two tech transfer deals to industry.
Researcher — Institute of Silicate Chemistry, RAS (2012–2015)
- Developed new zeolite synthesis methods and scaled them up.
- Designed hydrothermal systems that cut process time from 3 weeks to 1.
Research Engineer — RUSAL (2010–2011)
- Developed catalytic air purification for aluminum production.
- Reduced emissions by 20% in pilot runs.
